U.S. Travel Reacts to White House Meeting on Global Entry for New Yorkers

U.S. Travel Association Executive Vice President of Public Affairs and Policy Tori Emerson Barnes issued the following statement:
"The U.S. travel community appreciates the efforts by federal and state governments to restore access to trusted traveler programs for qualified New York residents. Global Entry and similar programs are highly beneficial not only for facilitating travel, but also for national security because of their robust vetting of travelers. We urge both sides to continue working together to find a prompt resolution to this matter."
