Tax reform a win-win for travel industry and U.S. economy
The U.S. Travel Association congratulates Congress and the administration for their work to reform the tax code, which will make the United States more competitive in the international market place.
A healthy travel and tourism industry is vital to maintaining a strong U.S. economy. In 2016, the industry supported one in nine U.S. jobs and created $248.2 billion in wages. Travel and tourism only stand to grow with a competitive tax code that supports American businesses and consumers.
